WhatsApp Business Messaging
Let your customers hear from you where they already chat. You connect your own WhatsApp Business account to the app we build for you — an ordering, booking, POS or payment and wallet system. Order confirmations, receipts, appointment reminders and account updates then go out by themselves, and you answer customer messages from one dashboard.
Already live: TickBalance, our wallet and money-transfer app, sends receipts, balances and statements to customers on WhatsApp.
Provided by DarurSoft, a brand of RIYO Ventures Limited.

What you can send
Short, useful messages your customers actually want.
Order confirmations
“Your order is confirmed” the moment it's placed, and an update when it's on the way.
Receipts
A receipt on WhatsApp after every payment, so customers never ask for one twice.
Appointment reminders
A reminder before each booking, so fewer people forget to come.
Account notifications
Balance updates, payment confirmations and statements, sent when they happen.
Replies in one place
When customers write back, you see and answer every chat from your dashboard.
How it works
Four steps, and we do most of them with you.
We set up your app
We build or update your ordering, booking, POS or payment app so it's ready to send WhatsApp messages.
You connect your own WhatsApp Business account
From your app, you sign in through Meta's secure sign-up window (Embedded Signup). The account stays in your name, and we never see your Facebook password.
You choose your message templates
Pick the messages you want to send — like order confirmations or reminders. Meta checks each template before it can be used.
Customers get messages, you reply from your dashboard
Messages go out when something happens in your app. When customers reply, you answer them in one place.
Your data
Your WhatsApp account is yours. Here's exactly what we do with it.
- You own and control the account
- Your WhatsApp Business account stays under your own Meta business account. You can disconnect it from our app at any time.
- What we use
- Your account and phone number details, your message templates, and the content and delivery status of the messages you send and receive.
- Why we use it
- Only to send and receive messages for your business. Nothing else.
- Never sold
- We never sell your WhatsApp data or use it for advertising. The only other companies that handle it are Meta, which delivers the messages, and our hosting provider, which stores them for us.
Who it's for
Small and medium businesses in Kenya and Somalia — shops, restaurants, clinics, salons and money services — that want their customers to get updates on WhatsApp instead of SMS or phone calls.
